Eligibility
Requests are reviewed against payment confirmation, delivery progress, transaction irreversibility, fraud signals, and provider rules. Completed in-game delivery is generally not reversible.
Crypto payments
Blockchain transfers cannot be cancelled by RuneVault. Incorrect assets, networks, destinations, or amounts require manual investigation and may be unrecoverable.
Requests
Open an order-linked ticket promptly. Approved card refunds return through the original provider; crypto outcomes require enhanced verification.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may be considered when only part of an order was fulfilled, subject to reviewed terms and applicable law.
